Day 16

Another hour of cardio on the recumbent bike, but the resistance is continuing to be increased.

Breakfast: Steak, egg, and cheese croisant. VitaminWater.
Lunch: Apple. Water.
Dinner: Darrell's. Cheerwine.

Wednesdays are definitely going to be my bad food day.
